before i will buy this it does'nt mentioned what accessories this product comes with it i maight endup buying cables and tools for me to install this on my truck i need to know what are the stuff comes with this product?
Great Product for great price August 27, 2010 Mason R. Lockey I purchased this for my 05 Nissan Titan to use with a Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD and it works very well, Picture is very clear and the price and shipping couldn't be beat. The only difficulty I had is that it didn't come with instructions, but with common sense you can easily figure it out. The other thing is that the video cable was a close to being to short for a full size crew cab titan. I did make it work and was still able to hide majority of the cable. Only thing I haven't been able to test is the night vision on it but if it follows suit with other reviews and its other functions I don't think it will be bad.
Great value August 11, 2010 zuiko 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This seems pretty well made. It has a mostly aluminum body with a glass lens. It comes with the standard RCA connector for the video and a quick disconnect barrel type connector for the power (with both halves). The IR LEDs light up (a dull red) and appear to help at night (though it is hard to tell what is the reverse lights and what is the IR). I believe it also came with a video cable but I didn't use it... I bought a shielded one to run under the vehicle. It is a little on the big side and can be a challenge to mount but if you are halfway handy you can make a bracket and find a good place to mount it (such as under the bumper). For the price it is really hard to beat.
Good rearview camera August 4, 2010 Fred (Granville, OH) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this camera as a replacement for a failed rear view camera. Its mounted on the roof rack of our Subaru for rear view over the pop up camper. I chose it for its waterproof and weatherproof features. Not all cameras are rated that well. The previous camera was only weather resistant.
Installation was drop in, compatible with the existing cables and monitor(NESA Vision NSM-3533 3.5" TFT-LCD). I had to make a mount for it since it didn't have the 1/4-20 threaded hole some cameras have. Drills for the 1 1/8" mounting hole are not common so make sure you have the means to make the mounting hole before the purchase. The rotating bezel aiming system holds its adjustment well.
The Amazon listing doesn't provide much information about this camera, more is available at the XO Vision site:

The wide angle view is great allowing a good view of following and passing vehicles. The real test of night vision is how does it work at dusk. This camera is better than the previous one.
BACKUP TO YOUR TRAILER LIKE A PRO!!!!!! July 11, 2010 HARETRIGGER 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
THIS WEATHERPROOF CAMERA WORKS GREAT! THE ONLY THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE IT BETTER WOULD BE A LITTLE WIPER FOR THE RAIN AND A BRACKET TO MOUNT IT. IT'S NOT EASY FINDING SOMETHING TO DRILL THE 1 1/8" HOLE REQUIRED TO INSERT IT. I INSTALLED IT ON MY WORK VAN AND USED A 3/8" DRILL BIT A HOLE REAMER BIT AND BLACK SILICONE SEALANT, BUT I WOULDN'T DO IT THAT WAY ON A NICER VEHICLE. I HAVE IT CONNECTED TO A TVIEW BACKUP CAMERA SYSTEM. THIS IS THE 2ND CAMERA. I HAVE IT CONNECTED VIA THE CIG LIGHTER PLUG AND CAN USE THE REMOTE TO SWITCH BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW MOUNTED CAMERAS.
